Do you offer a certificate of authenticity with your products?
Certificate of Authenticity
Ensuring the authenticity of your artwork is paramount. After the order is placed on our webiste, the certificate of authenticity, personally issued, numbered and signed by me, is meticulously prepared. This important document is then securely packaged separately and sent directly to you. This process guarantees that each piece of wall art arrives with a unique and verified certificate, enhancing the overall value and authenticity of the purchased artwork.
What is your policy regarding refunds and returns?
Returns & Exchange
All orders are custom-made upon completing the online purchase. Our preferred print provider has a 'no refund' policy. Thus, all sales are final. Images can be printed on 13 different options and custom-made sizes. However, our preference goes only for HD metal photo print because of its picture-perfect quality and durability.
We strive to deliver the best quality product, however, if there’s something wrong with your order or it's damaged, please let us know within two weeks upon receipt of the product. Indicate the order number, and the exact description of the problem, and send at least 2 images to help us assess the issue. To contact us, please e-mail [email protected]. We'll contact our print provider and find a solution for you.

What does the border of a metal print look like?
Choice of corner treatments
Our HD metal prints feature a rounded edge and a sharp square corner, ensuring a perfect 90-degree angle. Orders delivered to the Netherlands will have the rounded profile without the 10 mm aluminum frame. However, international orders will exclusively have sharp square corners, as Whitewall only provides this corner treatment. Opting for a softer edge entails an exclusive 10 mm aluminum ArtBox profile, incurring an additional cost.
Caution is advised when handling sharp square corners, as they can be quite sharp.
